Another rainy Saturday, although the rains held off long enough for me to get a quick run up to Stahlman Point. This is a short 5-mile loop with about 1400’ of gain that is right behind my cabin in Detroit. The forest service has recently opened up the views from Stahlman, offering great views of the lake and the Tumble Lake Basin…including the Tumble Creek Falls.
