Played hooky from work today…and attempted The South Face Gully on Broken Top with good friend Rob Parker. Weather was perfect, sunny and warm with no wind…perfect. This was my second attempt. It is now an official nemesis of mine, because I was again denied the summit. After the initial traverse, the loose 4th class junk was a bit too much…although I will be back.
