Been looking at these small tributaries off Sevenmile Creek for a few months now. It took a couple of recon trips to figure out the road system, since the whole area is private timber land, but to my surprise there was actually a decent shuttle available for this drop. We got in just over a mile of drainage, with 1200’ of drop, which included 7-raps over falls ranging from 25’ to 95’, in about 3.5 hours shuttle to shuttle. Today we did the main drain, which we are calling Clear Cut Creek…because of all the clear cut on both sides of the creek…in most cases right up to the edge of the creek. Most of the falls were surprisingly free of logging debris.
Today’s team…Karl, Kevin, Haruka, and Sean…
Note: I left home without putting an SD memory card in my camera…First two pics are mine, and all the rest are from Haruka, Thanks man!
