Was a fun day exploring the two summits of Kidders Butte. Nothing really to come back for, although the upper open ridges probably have lots of flowers in the late spring…If you like that kinda stuff. Interesting rock formations on the east side. This trip has a moderate bushwhacking, easy gravel road approach, and some nice views…other than all the timber clear-cut. 7-miles x 1700′ gain.
