Well, it’s Rooster Rock season, and this is the first of several trips up, I plan on taking. Today it’s with Rob and Sheri. Traffic was light, and the weather was perfect. There was a team of two just starting when we got there, but moved quickly, so we were able to get done well before the sun set. I noticed a new bolted route straight up from the lower landing to new chained anchors just below the original belay anchors. Not sure what the grade is, but might have to try it out. We stopped in at the Edgefield after for a bite & brew.
