Three Corner Creek…. A beautiful drainage with three awesome falls to rap. The first fall we decided to take the trib falls as the main falls looked as though it would have handed us a pounding. The other two falls were perfect. The creek walk above the falls was a bit long but the scenic aspect made the creek walk worth it. Also along the creek walk we got in a couple good jumps….
Myself, Deb, Keith, Kaitlin, Brad, and Sarah…
As we drop into the Three Corner Creek drainage…
…keeping our eyes out for the little ones…
Entering a stand of Cedar trees…
One of a couple short jumps…Thanks for scouting Brad!
Looking down the falls we chose not to rap. You can see the trib falls in the distance…
Keith at the top of the trib falls…
Sarah coming down for the landing…
Deb near the bottom of the second rappel…
Kaitlin at the bottom of the second rappel…
A nest with American Dipper chicks…We could see the adults fying back and fourth feeding the chicks. Another reason to be very careful where you step while you rappel…
You are a great photographer Karl. Thanks for posting.
