This is becoming an annual event for us…kayak camping on Waldo Lake. Drove in on a Sunday afternoon, 30-40 minute paddle to our favorite camp spot. Monday morning, got an early start and paddled to the south end of Waldo, close to the shore line trail. We parked the kayaks and hiked to the summit of Fuji Mountain. Tuesday had a leisurely morning at our favorite island beach, soaking in the warm sun, before packing up camp and paddling back to the boat ramp.
Another beautiful weekend on Waldo Lake.

Wait…is that?…Wow! As busy as it is here at the boat ramp, i’m really not surprised to see a Kayak pull up hauling two bicycles…
