After a special request to once again share this special place, I found myself, along with five others, doing the “Grand Tour” of Angora peak. This time adding on…My Favorite Outcropping, to the tour. This tour takes you into the Angora Peak area. You’ll thrash your way up to the summit of two pinnacles, you’ll circumnavigate around the technical pinnacle, you’ll tag the true USGS summit of Angora Peak, then cross country out to My Favorite Outcropping. A very cool tour, in a unique area of the northern Oregon Coast Range.
