Waldo Lake Kayak Camp 10-4-20

Waldo Lake Kayak Camp…

An annual event now…weather dependent of course. This was one of those weekends. After work drive to Shadow Bay boat ramp, a beautiful full moon (almost full) paddle to camp…and a fantastic morning on the shore of Waldo Lake. Saturday was spent at our sandy beach on the island. Sunday paddled to the Klovdahl Dam, parked the kayaks, and thrashed our way to Lillian Falls, where we caught the trail back up to Waldo Lake and our kayaks. Then back to camp to pack up, paddle back to the boat ramp, and drive home.

Another beautiful weekend with my lovely wife, Deb.
